Represent the seller in a land transaction on 55 acres located in the City of Fort Worth.
Represent several property owners and developers of thousands of acres in the corporate limits of Gunter, TX and its ETJ, the vast majority of which are located in Municipal Utility Districts providing a funding vehicle for water, sewer, storm drainage and roadways.
Represent the developer of a 74-acre townhome and multi-family Planned Development District annexation and zoning request within the ETJ of City of McKinney, TX which proposes 600 multi-family dwelling units, 196 townhome units, and 18 acres of open space.
Represent the master developer of mixed-use development anchored by Costco in Celina, TX. This project includes negotiating a Chapter 380 Development Agreement with the City of Celina, TX for public infrastructure, including off-site improvements.
Represent national convenience store and fuel station brand on transactional, entitlement, and economic incentive matters in multiple locations within the Texas market.
Represent the buyer of a mixed use, master planned community on approximately 1,200 acres in the City of Gunter, TX. Currently representing the buyer in helping to develop a strategic subdivision and land use plan focused on maximizing value for investors. This project has two miles of frontage on the future Dallas North Tollway.
Represent the owner an approximately 700-acre tract located on both sides of the Dallas North Tollway in Celina, TX. This project includes transactional work, securing land use entitlements, planning and executing development strategies for the proper phasing of the master plan, and drafting restrictive covenants. Additionally, this engagement includes drafting and negotiating development agreements in a manner that protects all phases of development.
Represent the developer of a dense, urban multi-family project located within the Trinity River Corridor Special Purpose District along Riverfront Boulevard in downtown Dallas, TX. This project consists of a 200 unit, 7 story, 85’ tall multi-family housing project (87 du/ac) achieved through the use of a form-based code Planned Development zoning application.
