Professional Bio


Rob Daake founded Daake Law, PLLC. His unique combination of experience as a Texas licensed attorney and civil engineer, in addition to his extensive background in land and economic development, creates unparalleled expertise in the industry. Clients have responded in force to this one-of-a-kind service offering. Rob’s firm has experienced explosive growth in its first year representing clients in a wide variety of industries including household-name national corporations as well as individual property owners.


In conjunction with an exceedingly capable team of attorneys, his firm focuses on real estate transactional work, due diligence, construction, land development, entitlements, and economic incentives. Rob has established a firm that is committed to maintaining small firm agility and personal customer service even while working on remarkably complex projects. Clients are met with partners who create individual plans and approaches to specific needs and circumstances.


Additionally, Rob has been a licensed civil engineering for 25 years providing services to a variety of nationally known public and private clients, and served as a consultant with Kimley-Horn, one of the nation’s premier planning and design consulting firms. Rob received his Juris Doctorate from Texas A&M University with a focus on real estate law, state and local government law, and construction law. He received his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Iowa State University.


In his spare time Rob enjoys spending time with his two sons. They enjoy as much time outdoors as possible camping and hunting. Additionally, Rob represents disabled students and their families statewide in ensuring students receive the services to which they are entitled.
